Chris and Annette’s shared passion for boats and boating served as the foundation for starting their business, Marine One, the New Zealand Agents for new Whitehaven Motor Yachts, Aquila Power Catamarans and Integrity Motor Yachts. They both love to share their expertise and passion with others and encourage their love of the water and the boating lifestyle. Marine One also provides vessel maintenance, servicing, grooming, vessel brokerage and are the Westhaven Agents for Ceramic Pro Nano technology polishing systems and product.

Chris grew up on the water and has had over 30 years in the boating industry. His love for any form of motorised sport has given him a great mechanical knowledge, be it cars, racing jet ski’s and motor cycles, where he has successfully won numerous national titles. He has a massive passion for his KTM motocross bike, his 1974 Camaro and most of all his Boat a Princess 46 Sports fisher . Chris is a fishing enthusiast and would fish day and night if the wife let him, he enjoys the thrill of chasing Tuna Mahimahi and Marlin too. Chris has extensive knowledge about different types of boats, engines, features and how to match them with customer needs and preferences. He brings his vast experience in boating and boat sales, which is invaluable in helping customers find their dream vessel.

First Mate
Annette’s background in marketing and sales, as well as her passion for hosting and entertaining, can also contribute to the success of Marine One. Her skills in communication, organisation, and creating memorable experiences helps attract customers, build relationships, and ensure that customers have a positive and enjoyable boating experience. Her interest in interior design can come in handy when considering the aesthetics and comfort of the boat’s interior. Annette’s passion is their 5 boys, family, and friends. Annette is always keen to take the boat out every available weekend.
